Hey there fellow nerds and geeks! Aaron Nabus here and welcome to the Hall H Show!
For those of you that go to numerous comic conventions throughout the year, you know the benefits of being physically fit, especially at the bigger cons like New York Comic Con and especially San Diego Comic-Con…where I’ve easily walked over 32 miles the last few years.
But don’t take my word for it.
On this episode of the Hall H Show, my co-host Alex Benedicto and I caught up with a few of the active members of the SDCCfit family…a growing community of like minded geeks that continually motivate and support each other to be fitter so we can all have a better con experience:

Also, since it was the last day of San Diego Comic-Con, we all share a few of our highlights.
