The Hall H Show podcast talked with International Mobile Film Festival founder Susy Botello and filmmaker Seth Dacio. This episode is also available on Google Play, iTunes, Stitcher, iHeart Radio and Spotify. The Hall H Show podcast is hosted by Aaron Nabus and Alex Benedicto.
Hey there Hall H Show listeners!
Hey there Hall H Show listeners! Aaron Nabus here and on this episode, we welcome back our good friend, Susy Botello, founder of the International Mobile Film Festival to talk about this year’s festival, which takes place April 27 and 28, 2019 at the Marina Village in San Diego, CA.
We also welcome a filmmaker that we met at last year’s festival, Seth Dacio! He submitted another film for 2019, which was accepted, so we thought it would be fun to have him on to share his thoughts on the festival and the growing smartphone film movement.
As some of you know, I’m a brand ambassador of the International Mobile Film Festival. This year, the Hall H Show is also a proud sponsor because we believe in Susy’s passion and mission to promote storytelling, or rather story sharing, as she would put it, via smartphone filmmaking.
Shout out to Beau Machado, who runs the Altered Ego Cafe and Hideout inside SoCal Comics in San Diego, CA for letting us record the podcast there and also for the awesome coffee!
Also, a shout out to you, our faithful listener for continuing to support our efforts to be the voice of independent creators for people like our guests for this episode, filmmakers Susy Botello and Seth Dacio! Enjoy!
