Show Notes:

Hey there Hall H Show listeners!

Aaron Nabus here and on this episode, we’re joined by Irina Negulescu and Daniel Jaimes.

Daniel Jaimes is a painter and illustrator well known for his pointillism work. He’s no stranger to the show – check out Episode 45 where we learned about how his father had such a huge impact on his journey as an artist.

On this episode, we are pleased to meet Irina Negulescu, an artist and owner of The IN Gallery, a contemporary Fine Art Studio/Gallery in the Barrio Logan area in San Diego, CA. Originally from Romania, she has come to call San Diego home. While she is passionate about her art, she is also passionate about showcasing emerging talent and is also trying to bring attention to the art studios and galleries in the San Diego area that have been struggling during the pandemic.

The IN Gallery will be hosting a Comics and Cosplay themed art show called “Art with No Restrictions” on September 12, from 6pm to 11pm.

Welcome to the show, Irina and Daniel!

Thunder Round Questions:

  • If you could teleport to anywhere in the world right now, where would you go and why did you pick that place?
  • If you were President of the United States, what artwork would you hang in the oval office?
  • It’s 10pm at night and you are starving after working a full day on your artwork. What do you eat?
  • If a movie was made about your life, what kind of music would be on the soundtrack?
  • If I gave you a million dollars…but you had to spend it all in one day, what would you do with it?
  • What’s one thing your fans would be surprised to learn about you?
